Ginger Scones
I made scones today, starting from the Joy of cooking recipe. Here it is as I used it:

Based on Classic Currant Scones
I tried using splenda, but it came out too sweet. I did guess how much I was actually putting in, but I might suggest less than 1/3 cu sugar.
Cut butter into dry ingredients.
Add grated ginger
Whisk toget wet ingredients, then mix all together.

Based on Classic Currant Scones
- 1 cu soy flour
- 1 cu whole-wheat flour
- 1/3 cu sugar
- 1 tlb baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 tlb butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cu heavy cream
